JWM&A was formed in June of 1978 to provide municipal and private clients with complete civil and municipal engineering services. In 1991, we added geotechnical engineering to our menu of professional services. The firm has been involved in all facets of public works projects, from feasibility study through the necessary construction services. Currently, JWM&A is owned by six (6) licensed engineers including Jerome W. Morrissette, P.E.

The Project Engineers available include Jerome Morrissette, Doug Eklund, Ed Wiltsie, Trent Lougheed, Steve Willie and Robert E. Tauscher. The JWM&A Project Engineers have the necessary project experience in all facets of public works projects, from funding solicitation and the public hearing process to the knowledge required to formulate contract plans and specifications and monitor the project construction. They have gained this experience through their many years with public agencies and as consulting engineers (resumes for the JWM&A team are provided).
