JWM&A has provided successful On-Call City or Consulting Engineering services to over 40 cities, school districts, port districts, public utility districts and water/sewer associations since our inception. Currently JWM&A is providing On-Call and/or Engineering Consulting services for the Cities of Shelton, Fircrest, Town of Bucoda, Mason County Public Utility District #1, Rochester Water Association, Yelm Community Schools, and Thurston and Mason Counties. In the recent past we have provided "On-Call" Engineering services to the Cities of Centralia, Dupont, Rainier, Steilacoom, Tumwater, Olympia, and the North Thurston and Southside School Districts.

JWM&A is very familiar with the requirements of the Washington State Department of Community Trade and Economic Development requirements for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Our firm recently completed a CDBG program funded water system improvement project for the Town of Bucoda, Mud Bay Water System, Mason County PUD #1 at Hoodsport and Suncrest Water Systems. This 1.3 million dollar project included $750,000 dollars of CDBG funding. JWM&A assisted the PUD #1 with the original grant application and played a significant role in the administration of the project grant.

JWM&A has an excellent track record of past performance. We pride ourselves in completing the project by providing the proper degree of professional services while staying within project budget. Examples of JWM&A’s ability to bring projects in within the budget and on schedule have been demonstrated for numerous successful projects completed by the project team.
