Jerome W. Morrissette & Associates Inc., P.S. (JWM&A) was established in 1978 by our founder, Jerome W. Morrissette, P.E. JWM&A provides civil, municipal, geotechnical and land surveying professional services to clients located primarily in western Washington and Oregon. Our clients include municipalities, Counties, the State of Washington, the Federal Government, Ports, Public Utility Districts, School Districts, and publicly formed organizations and individuals.
