Jerome W. Morrissette & Associates Inc., P.S. (JWM&A) was established in 1978 by our founder, Jerome W. Morrissette, P.E. JWM&Aprovides civil, municipal, and geotechnical engineering and planning to clients located primarily in western Washington and Oregon.  Members of our firm are also licensed in Oregon, California, and New Jersey. Our clients include  municipalities, Counties, the State of Washington, the Federal Government, Ports, Public    Utility Districts, School Districts, and publicly formed organizations and individuals.

Since 1978, JWM&A has served as City Engineers for approximately twelve (12) western Washington Communities and provided civil engineering professional services for many other cities and government agencies. The firm has been involved in all facets of public works projects, from feasibility study through the necessary construction services. In 1991, we added geotechnical engineering to our menu of professional services. Currently JWM&A is owned by six (6) licensed engineers. JWM&A is committed to a business philosophy of outstanding service to our clients.

JWM&A has furnished computer drafting for State, County and private clients involving complex design requirements calling for experience, skill and judgment on our part. Our CADD equipment is fully capable of providing the speed, complexity and flexibility required in multiple drafting disciplines. JWM&A has a complete service which includes full color plotting, digitizing and document/photograph scanning which also assists with presentations, proposed drawings, detail and designs. Our firms equipment is updated often and replaced with more technically advanced hardware as it becomes available. Our firm has been lauded for its ability to accomplish drafting services on time as well as for the high quality of the completed projects. Our goal is to provide exceptional work and to conscientiously respond to the client requirements in the agreed upon time frame. Although quality is never sacrificed, we consider meeting time lines to also be of paramount importance.

JWM&A will be involved in our projects not only as engineers or construction managers, but as the people who are benefiting from cleaner waterways, safer streets and cleaner drinking water.

JWM&A has completed hundreds of roadway and drainage improvement projects and also has successful project performance on over 750 water systems, since our firms inception over 26 years ago.
