JWM&A specializes in civil, municipal, geotechnical, and land surveying professional services. JWM&A is extremely qualified in providing civil and municipal engineering services due primarily to our background knowledge and experience throughout western Washington in the municipal engineering arena.
JWM&A was formed in June of 1978 to provide municipal and private clients with complete civil, municipal, geotechnical and land surveying engineering services. In 1991, we added geotechnical engineering to our menu of professional services. The firm has been involved in all facets of public works projects, from feasibility study through the necessary construction services. In 2009, JWM&A incorporated Land Surveying services into our menu of professional services with the addition of Dennis Baker ,P.L.S. (formerly Geomatics Land Surveying). Currently, JWM&A is owned by five (5) licensed engineers including Jerome W. Morrissette and one (1) licensed land surveyor.
The Project Engineers available include Jerome
Morrissette, Doug Eklund, Trent Lougheed, Steve Willie, Robert E. Tauscher, and Daniel Osier. The JWM&A Project
Engineers have the necessary project experience in all facets of
public works projects, from funding solicitation and the public
hearing process to the knowledge required to formulate contract
plans and specifications and monitor the project construction.
They have gained this experience through their many years with
public agencies and as consulting engineers (resumes for the JWM&A team
are provided).
